Melissa Moschatou is a highly experienced Legal Counsel with a strong focus on real estate transactions and immigration matters, as well as company and corporate law.

As a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and a graduate with LLB and LLM degrees from leading London universities, Melissa has held senior roles including Executive Director, Legal Counsel, and Compliance Officer in regulated Administrative Services Providers under CySEC and the Cyprus Bar Association.

She is deeply involved in advising on property acquisitions, cross-border relocations, and complex investment projects, and routinely manages licensing applications for financial and administrative firms.
